An anatopism (from the Greek ανα, "against," and τόπος, "place") is something that is out of its proper place. Thus, for example, an outrigger canoe would be an anatopism in ancient Rome. That could also be the case of these plastic stools, whose function is originally to serve as street-food restaurant seats in Viet-Nam.

Brought back in Berlin and mounted on some elevated metal structure, they change function and become bar stools. Not the same place, not the same habits...

These limited edition cuties are available only on demand. Three different metal-welded basis with interchangeanble plastic seating.
Seat : 23 x 23 cm - High : 63 cm, 77 cm or 88 cm
